INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

We print the artworks fresh for every order. 

We do ship internationally. Upon checkout you may select between our courier choices of USPS or UPS. Our rates are based on your address. PLEASE NOTE... ]THESE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTIES FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL COUNTRY. In addition, CUSTOMS processes are different for each country and each MAY HOLD a shipment for inspection. Painyingbysnehal store is not responsible for any custom holds or fees. We will do our best to properly dispatch your order per your countries guidelines.

For international orders, it takes about 10-12 working days for the delivery.

For all paper prints and international canvas prints, there will be a flat shipping rate like usual.

For DOMESTIC ORDERS

you can choose between Standard & Express shipping at checkout. Standard shipping takes 10 working days, and Express takes about 5. Do note that there can sometimes be a delay of a couple of days due to unforeseeable situations.

For domestic orders, canvas prints will be sent stretched on a frame. Hence, shipping charges will be calculated according to the size / number of canvases you order.

PACKAGING 

The paper prints are all without a frame. 

 The canvas prints are stretched over a wooden frame.

For international orders, canvas prints above 16x20 inches will be sent without a frame (since shipping with large frames turns out to be very expensive). There will be a coloured border and some extra fabric around the print, so you can easily get it stretched from a local framer.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

ABOUT PRINT QUALITY 

The look of both the paper & canvas is textured and matte.

These artworks are printed on acid free, archival materials which are meant to last for at least 50 years without degrading.

They are sprayed with a matte varnish for further protection.

In terms of quality or longevity, both paper and canvas are equal. Which one you choose is just a matter of aesthetics.

 PRODUCT DETAILS:

 

All artworks here are Giclee prints. Pronounced as zhee-clay, it's a French word, meaning 'to spray'.

 These are printed on an inkjet printer which 'sprays ink'. These printers use 12 pigment-based inks instead of the usual 4 dye-based inks, so colour reproduction is more accurate.

These are printed on 100% acid free, museum grade, archival materials.

Giclee prints are the highest quality prints after original art.
